RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Rewind Festival Scotland’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 9th July to Friday13th July on Smooth Radio Scotland (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the Smooth Scotland Breakfast show, from 9th July to 13th July, between 6-10am.

4. Each day, we’ll rewind a different song and play an audio clip of it backwards. The entrant will have to correctly identify the artist singing the song being played out.

5. Listeners will be invited to text in for their chance to play.  Listeners must send a text message with the keyword specified on air and their answer, to 65588 (the “Text Message Line”).

6. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

7.  One  entrant will be chosen at random from all correct, eligible entries and brought to air to confirm their answer and be awarded the prize, each day from Monday 9th July to Friday 13th July 2018.
 
8. The producer’s decision is final in all cases.

9. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

10. Winners will be notified they have won on air in the first instance and then contacted by phone within 7 days of the date the prize was won.

Eligibility:

11.Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Any of the winner’s guests who are classed as youths (10-17 years old) and Children (9 years & Under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21 or over at all times.  

12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
13.There will be 5x winners in total. Each winner will receive 1x pair of VIP Upgrade Weekend Camping Tickets to the Rewind Festival at Scone Palace, Perth – 20th – 22nd July.

14.VIP Upgrade Weekend Ticket includes: Dedicated VIP entrance lane, seated lounge area with table service and private views of the main stage, as well as upgraded toilet facilities & a Free festival programme

15.These tickets allow access to the Festival Campsite for 3 nights (Fri-Sun inclusive) and the Festival Arena for 3 day (Fri-Sun) inclusive).

16.Winners must provide their own camping equipment.

17.No cash or alternative prize.

18.Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

19.Entrants must provide valid contact details.
