About me:
I live on the south coast. I love being on or near the water – I actually hold a Guinness World Record for underwater endurance. I have 2 teenagers (she’s into dressage and he's into boxing). I love music and hate decorating. My first job was in a factory making carpet sample books, and I’ve worked in radio since I was 18.

My personal hero:
I really admire Matt Haig. His personal story is inspiring and his books are brilliant. Anyone who promotes kindness is alright with me!
