For most songs, you can easily identify what era they came from. Whether it's synthpop keyboards of the 1980s or Motown soul from the 1960s, you can get a good idea.

But sometimes, songs have that certain quality about them which are harder to pigeonhole. Either that, or they came out right at the start or end of a decade, thus making it hard to determine what decade category to chuck them in.

We've put together a list of these types of tracks, so see if you can name exactly what decade they were first released in. It's harder than it sounds...
