Wet Wet Wet are back! But not as you knew them before...
The Scottish band have announced two special shows in Glasgow and London later this year, but Marti Pellow won't be there.
The intimate gigs at St Luke's on November 16 and 229 The Venue on November 20 will feature Kevin Simm take on lead vocals in the band for the first time.
Marti Pellow: All the facts about the former Wet Wet Wet frontman
You'll remember Kevin as a member of Liberty X, and he later won The Voice UK as a solo act in 2016.
“Graeme, Tommy and Neil are delighted to welcome Kevin Simm as the new singer of Wet Wet Wet," the band announced on Twitter today (September 25).
Kevin said: “I was really taken aback, the opportunity to join a band with such amazing songs and great guys and a great fanbase really excites me.
"When I first started gigging around the pubs and clubs up North two songs that were always in my set were 'Goodnight Girl' and 'Love Is All Around'.”
Meanwhile, Marti Pellow is going on his own solo tour next month, having left the band last year.
He said at the time: “I will be spending more time on my solo work – performing concerts, acting and my own songwriting – as an artist I feel a lot more settled in this world.
“When I started in Wet Wet Wet I gave it 100% of my heart and soul and that’s what it demands and that is also what the fans demand. And if I can’t do that because my focus is elsewhere, then this is not fair on the fans or the rest of the guys in the band.”
