Michael Bolton is heading out on a 'Greatest Hits' UK tour

Grammy Award-winning Michael Bolton has announced plans to return to the UK in over two years for a special tour.

The American singer-songwriter will perform his greatest hits and a selection of classic songs in his upcoming 2018 UK tour.

The new dates follow two sold out UK tours and his recent albums Ain’t No Mountain High Enough: A Tribute to Hitsville USA and Songs of Cinema. 

Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday (February 16) at 10am. Special guests will be announced at a future date.

The dates in full are:

• Saturday 13 October: Halifax, Victoria Theatre
• Monday 15 October: Birmingham, Symphony Hall
• Wednesday 17 October: Glasgow, SEC Armadillo
• Friday 19 October: Blackpool, Opera House
• Sunday 21 October: Newcastle, City Hall
• Tuesday 23 October: Southend, Cliffs Pavilion
• Thursday 25 October: Cardiff, St David’s Hall
• Saturday 27 October: Bournemouth, BIC 
• Monday 29 October: Manchester, Bridgewater Hall
• Wednesday 31 October: Sheffield, City Hall
• Friday 2 November: Nottingham, Royal Concert Hall
• Sunday 4 November: London, Royal Albert Hall

Michael Bolton is best known for his pop rock ballads, including the hit singles 'How Am I Supposed To Live Without You' and his cover of 'When a Man Loves a Woman'.
