FaceApp is once again taking the world by storm thanks to its creepily accurate, impressive and instant effects.
In case you haven't used it yet, it's a free app that can detect photos of faces and add many fun filters, including adding makeup, beards and best of all: turning you very old or very young.
With the latest update, the 'oldify' mode is even better than before, giving us all a glimpse at what we may look like in years to come.
But how about putting in photos of iconic stars as they looked 30+ years ago, to see how accurate the app really is? The results are rather fascinating:
(Just in case it's not obvious, the FaceApp image is on the left, the real-life photo is on the right!).
Lionel may have shortened his hair, but that's pretty good! 8/10
Thankfully, Rod didn't end up looking like he'd had the toughest paper round known to mankind. 4/10
Wow - Barry looks far healthier and happier in real 2019! 4/10
Minus the obvious hair change, this is one of the best yet.
This is one of our favourites, and minus the Beatle haircut and sad eyes, it's a good likeness for 2019 Paul. 9/10
Different hair but you can still see distinct similariaties. 5/10
That's a pretty good effort if you ask us. 7/10
Add some tan and you're on to a winner here! 8/10
And just for a laugh, we tried it out with some more contemporary singers for a look into the future:
Michael will apparently end up looking like Burt Reynolds, which is no bad thing.
We thought we were looking at Noel Edmonds at first.
We're feeling serious Meryl Streep vibes, here.
If he's still entertaining us on stage when he looks like this, we'll be mightily impressed.
