Watch: Adele slowed down sounds EXACTLY like Sam Smith

A new conspiracy theory is growing. People are starting to think that Adele and Sam Smith are the same person...

Both a British singers who sing rather sad songs and sell millions of records. And when one drops off the radar for a while, the other starts their promotion tour. Strange, huh?

But seriously, the reason this silly little conspiracy began is due to the fact that if you slow down an Adele record, she starts to sound suspiciously like Sam Smith:
