Chris Ramsey is one of this year's Strictly Come Dancing stars. But who is he and where might you have seen him before?
Comic Chris joins the Strictly Come Dancing line up for 2019 alongside the likes of Emma Barton and David James.
Chris will be hoping that his dance skills will be as impressive as his comedy, as he hits the ballroom for the 2019 series with dance partner Karen Hauer.
Here is all the important info about the funnyman:
Chris Ramsey on Live at the Apollo
Chris is an English comedian and actor from South Shields.
He started his career in comedy in 2007, and three years later took his first solo show, Aggrophobic, to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
His 2011 show, Offermation, was nominated for an Edinburgh Comedy Award.
He has appeared on TV shows including sitcom Hebburn, Live at the Apollo, and Time Crashers. In 2016, he co-presented I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp alongside Joe Swash, Vicky Pattison and Stacey Solomon.
He has also hosted quiz show Virtually Famous, and his own series The Chris Ramsey Show for Comedy Central.
Chris and wife Rosie host a weekly podcast called Shagged Married Annoyed, where they answer questions from the general public on various subjects.
Chris married Rosie Winter in July 2014, and they have one son, Robin.
In 2018, the couple announced that they had a miscarriage when they were 12 weeks pregnant with their second child.
Rosie is a singer, actress and former professional dancer herself. She has already started making jokes about the so-called ‘Strictly curse', where celebs split from their significant others after affairs with their professional dance partners.
