The first sneak-peek of Taron Egerton singing as Elton John in the biopic 'Rocketman' is here, and it looks phenomenal.
We're all waiting in eager anticipation for the Elton John biopic Rocketman to hit the big screen on 31 May 2019. Today, we've been given a snippet of leading man Taron Egerton singing 'Tiny Dancer', and it sounds just as great as we thought it would.
And if you haven't seen the trailer yet, take a look:
Elton said that he was "blown away" by Taron's singing voice, and from the newly released material, it's clear that he has put his own spin on Elton's iconic vocals.
The film's music producer, Giles Martin, said “Elton said I don’t think I have heard anyone sing my songs better than Taron.”
Songs expected to feature in the film include 'Honky Cat', 'Tiny Dancer', 'Bennie and the Jets' and 'Crocodile Rock' among others.
