Cliff is a British actor of Italian descent, best known for playing Minty Peterson in EastEnders from 2002 to 2010.
He also played Walt in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, and also plays handyman Fred in Call the Midwife.
Cliff was born on May 24, 1960.
He celebrated his 59th birthday in 2019.
Cliff was born in London, to parents George and Irene, then aged 17 and 18. He also has a sister who is one year older than him.
Soon after his birth, the family were made homeless and he and his sister were taken into care in Reading.
Cliff was only made aware of his upbringing, by his mother, in 2012. He left school aged 13 after his dyslexia led to a mistaken diagnosis of being 'slow'.
Cliff has four children in total.
He has one child with his partner, BBC producer Tara Wyer, and three from previous relationships.
