One half of Gogglebox’s Steph and Dom, the TV personality joins Joey Essex and Vicky Pattison to be judged on his cooking skills - but who is he? And what do we know about his wife and son?

Dom Parker, famous for his role on Gogglebox, is swapping the sofa for the kitchen this August as he becomes a Celebrity Masterchef 2019 contestant.

With celebrities including Joey Essex, Love Island’s Dr Alex and Vicky Pattison all taking part in this year’s line-up, the reality TV star has a battle for the winning chef’s hat.

But who is Dom Parker? How old is he and who is his wife Steph and son Max?

1. Who is Dom Parker and how old is he?

   Born in Westbere, Dom became famous on Gogglebox with his wife Stephanie from 2013 until 2016.

   Now living in Kent, Dom has also starred on The Jump and runs popular B&B, The Salutation, with his family.

   Born July 1964, Dom celebrated his 55th birthday in 2019.

2. Who is Dom’s wife Steph and how many kids do they have?

   

   Famous for being one half of Gogglebox’s favourite couple Dom and Steph, the couple have been married for 19 years.

   Running their B&B together, the couple also have two children, Honor, 15, and Max 18.

3. Who is Dom’s disabled son Max?

   

   Steph and Dom have spoken open and honestly about their son Max, who has autism and suffers from severe epilepsy.

   The pair have also publicly discussed the use of medicinal cannabis to treat Max and even made the documentary, Steph and Dom: Can Cannabis Save Our Son?.

   In interviews, Dom has revealed the 18-year-old suffers 120 seizures a day and is “trapped aged 6”.
