David and Victoria Beckham have dismissed rumours that they're about to split.
After hours of speculation on social media today (June 8), representatives for the couple released a statement.
“There is no statement due or divorce," they said.
“This is just fake social media news.
“This is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time.
"There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news."
The famous couple have been together for over 20 years, and got married back in 1999.
However, there has currently been no suggestion that David and Victoria are suffering marital issues. Earlier today (June 8), Victoria shared a picture on Instagram of herself hugging six-year-old daughter Harper, along with the caption: "Morning cuddles x So much love. We love and miss u @davidbeckham."
The couple also announced yesterday (June 7) that they will be auctioning off the outfits they wore to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding, in aid of the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.
Last year, The Richest estimated that David has a £325m fortune, with Victoria having around the same amount thanks to her successful pop career and her fashion line.
The Beckhams have four children, Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13, and Harper, 6.
