Who is Libby Clegg and how did she go blind?
Libby is a successful sprinting athlete who has represented team GB for many competitions including the Paralympic Games. She’s won both silver and gold medals during her career.
Libby suffers from a deteriorating rare eye condition called Stargardt’s Muscular Dystrophy. This has severely reduced her peripheral vision in her left eye, making her legally blind.
Does Libby Clegg have a baby?
Libby proudly welcomed her son Edward in April 2019 via C-section. The proud mum happily shows him off on social media and admits she couldn’t imagine life without him.
Is Libby Clegg married?
The 29-year-old isn’t yet married but is engaged to fellow Paralympian, Dan Powell.
