Dancing on Ice 2020: Alexandra Schauman's age, nationality and husband revealed

Alexandra Schauman is one of the most popular Dancing on Ice professional skaters, having first joined the ITV show in 2010.

The Dancing on Ice professional has returned to the rink for the 2020 series, and will partner celebrity Joe Swash.

But who is Alexandra, what did she do before DOI and who is her skater husband?

   Alexandra Schauman is a Finnish figure skater.

   She was born in Porvoo, Finland, and her most notable triumph was scoring 7th place in the junior ladies' singles event at the 1996 Finnish Championships.

   In 2008, Alex found fame on TV by performing in the Swedish version of Dancing on Ice, and was named runner-up with her football partner Jesper Blomqvist.

   After her success on the Scandinavian version of the show, she joined the British cast and appeared from series 5 onwards in 2010.

2. How old is Alexandra Schauman?

   Alexandra was born on June 17, 1980.

   She celebrated her 39th birthday in 2019.

   Alexandra is married to fellow Dancing on Ice skating professional Lukasz Rozycki.

   The couple have been together for nearly 20 years, and often share photos of their life on social media.
