Andrew Smyth was one of the breakout stars on his series of The Great British Bake Off.
He returns to the tent for a festive edition of the show in 2018, and here's your handy guide to the talented baker:

Andrew Smyth is a TV presenter, aerospace engineer and baker.
He studied Aerospace Engineering at Cambridge University, and now enjoys presenting hugely complicated ideas to audiences around the country.
He has hosted at live events and has written, produced and performed 'bakineering' shows around the UK including at the Royal Institution, National Space Centre and Edinburgh International Science Festival.
He was a finalist on the Great British Bake Off in 2016, reaching the final and finishing as a runner-up.
He has since given talks and appeared on ITV's Lorraine, and contributed to projects with the BBC and Channel 5. He even baked a rotating jet engine cake for Prince William.
Andrew celebrated his 27th birthday in 2018.
