RULES
• The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/) apply to the ‘Sir Paul McCartney – Freshen Up’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run during 1600 – 1900 from 10/12/2018 to 14/12/2018 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth London and Smooth AMs.
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word DRIVE and their name, to 65588 (the “Text Message Line”) when they hear a Paul McCartney song played in full.
• Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
• The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
• From all correct and eligible entries, one winner will be chosen at random and bought to air and announced as the winner. If an entrant is driving or is unable to take a return call from Global, another entrant will be drawn at random to play. The producer’s decision is final.
Eligibility:
• Entry is restricted to those aged 18 years or over.
• The winner must be 18 years of age or older.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
There is 1 daily prize:
• A Pair of Standard Tickets to see Sir Paul McCartney live at London’s O2 on Sunday 16th December, 2018.
Further conditions applicable to the prize:
• This prize is non-transferrable or refundable.
• This prize includes Tickets only and does not include travel or accommodation.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
