Tina Hobley will be taking on a truly treacherous challenge – the Selvaggio Blu trek in Sardinia.
The route will take Tina along the rugged coastline of Sardinia. While it’s said to be absolutely beautiful, it is going to be one of the hardest things Tina has ever attempted.
Tina has been training hard to be ready for this – there will be times when she’ll have to traverse the face of a cliff, or abseil a 100m sheer drop!
Some people say this is one of the toughest treks in Europe, others say it’s one of the hardest in the world.
Tina's Treacherous Trek: Tina Hobley tells Kate Garraway about her charity challenge!
Tina won’t be sleeping in a nice bed either, but instead will be pitched out under the stars each night.
And it'll all be for Smooth's charity Global’s Make Some Noise.
Tina caught up with Kate Garraway to talk about the challenge, which you can watch in full above.
Global's Make Some Noise changes lives by supporting small charities delivering vital services across the UK, including food banks, mental health support, domestic violence helplines, community projects and more. Making sure nobody is left facing life’s toughest challenges alone.
These charities are seeing an increase in demand for their services, from families that are struggling. For the charities people are turning to, incomes are dropping, but the cost of providing their vital services is increasing. It is getting harder for these amazing projects to keep up with the number of people who rely on them every day.
Help Tina raise vital funds to keep the doors of these amazing small charities open.
