The Spice Girl tells the Queen legend how to perform live properly.

Queen gave TV viewers around the world an Oscars treat last night (February 24), as they opened the awards ceremony with 'We Will Rock You' and 'We Are the Champions' in front of the Hollywood elite.

However, there was one person who wasn't impressed. Spice Girls star Mel B said she wanted "more pizzazz".

Mel B was appearing on Good Morning Britain alongside Queen drummer Roger Taylor, and she told him exactly what she thought.

Mel said: "I did say that I wanted more pizzazz, but you can’t get away from the opening of the Oscars being what it is.

"There’s pressure, there’s a lot of eyeballs on it and Adam Lambert, the whole thing, did do great. I just wanted more pizzazz, sorry."

When Roger asked her if she meant from the whole show, Mel replied: "Just from the opening number."

Host Susanna Reid then begged the musician "please don’t walk", but thankfully, Roger laughed it off. What a pro.

Roger also spoke about Rami Malek's Best Actor Oscar win for playing Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, saying: "He was amazing, he has a great intensity and he’s had a clean sweep of all the awards, good for him, he’s such a great guy. He has a lot of Freddie’s qualities and he’s floating on air.

"He got really close spiritually, he had it in the eyes, he was in a different body. He was physically different to Freddie, but he was incredible in the role."
