Rocketman wowed cinema audiences around the world last year, and it's now heading out on a special tour.
The award-winning Elton John musical biopic will be shown live in concert across the UK and Ireland, with a full orchestra performing its soundtrack live.
Rocketman follows the story of Elton John’s early life and career, and how he became one of the world's biggest pop stars and celebrities.
Directed by Dexter Fletcher and written by Lee Hall, the film stars actor Taron Egerton as Elton, and Jamie Bell as his songwriting partner Bernie Taupin.
The film will be projected onto massive ultra-HD screens, while the orchestra on stage performs the music of Elton John for the Rocketman Live In Concert – the Film with Live Orchestra tour.
Starting in Dublin on June 3, the tour will also head to Birmingham (June 5), Brighton (June 11), London’s Eventim Apollo (June 13) and Glasgow (June 17), before the final show in Edinburgh on June 18.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (February 14) via here.
Taron Egerton won a Golden Globe for his performance, while Elton and Bernie won their first Oscar earlier this week for the film's original song 'I'm Gonna Love Me Again'.
